Rodolphe Marconi

Rodolphe Marconi was born in 1974 in Angoulême. He studied Acting and Film at the National Academy of Fine Arts. In 1999 he won an award at Cannes for his short  film Stop and then moved on to feature film Défense d'Aimer, shot in Rome in 2001. His first film to be distributed in French cinemas  was the drama Ceci Est Mon Corps (2002), starring Jane Birkin, Annie Girardot and Elisabeth Depardieu, presented at the Quinzaine of the Cannes Film Festival.
