Matthew Mishory

Filmmaker Matthew Mishory's work has been shown at cinemas, major film festivals, and cultural institutions around the world. His feature film debut, Joshua Tree, 1951: A Portrait of James Dean, had its world premiere at the 38th Seattle International Film Festival. In 2009, Matthew directed the award-winning short film, Delphinium: A Childhood Portrait of Derek Jarman; it was permanently installed in the BFI's National Film Archive. Matthew recently directed a commercial for Turkish Airlines and has served on the jury of the South East European Film Festival and the Iris Prize, Wales.
