Jacques Martineau

Olivier Ducastel studied at IDHEC in Paris, and holds a diploma in Film Studies from the University of Paris III. Jacques Martineau, who graduated in Fine Arts, works as a teacher at the University of Paris X in Nanterre. In 1998 they directed a musical on AIDS together, Jeanne and the Perfect Guy, which was one of the cinema events of the year. They also directed Drôle de Félix (1999) and The True Story of My Life in Rouen (2002), with very positive reviews from the critics. They took part in TGLFF 2007, 2008 and 2010 with Cockles and Muscles, 2005, Born in 68 (2008) and L'arbre et la forêt (2010).
